Our flat fee MLS listing gives FSBOs the ability to access the MLS. Your name and number are listed in the private remarks section of MLS. Agents are asked to call you direct in the MLS. All consumer inquires are sent directly to you. Changes to your listing are always allowed. It is your responsibility to inform Resource Realty of changes to your listing, which include selling status. You are responsible to handle showings, offer negotiations, escrow, settlement and closing details. All MLS listings require a listing agreement be submitted to MLS prior to activating the MLS listing. MLS is directly paid at closing .0012 of the sales price on the closing settlement statement.
